1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elite Raffles (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in raffles in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your participation is lawful where you are located.

3. Florida Raffle Compliance

In Florida, raffles are governed by Fla. Stat. § 849.0935 and applicable charitable solicitation laws. The Platform is designed to support compliant raffles operated by eligible charitable, nonprofit organizations. Each raffle listing will conspicuously disclose required information, including:

• The rules governing the raffle and how winners are selected.
• The full legal name of the organization and its principal place of business.
• The source of funds used to award prizes.
• The date, hour, and place where the winner will be chosen and prizes awarded (unless the listing is published within 3 days of the drawing).
• That no purchase or contribution is necessary to enter.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter or win. Raffle rules may provide a free method of entry. Donations or ticket purchases do not increase the chances of winning beyond the number of entries received.

5. Raffle Rules and Operations

Each raffle is operated by the sponsoring organization. By entering a raffle, you agree to the specific raffle rules posted with that raffle. Raffles are conducted by random draw; winners are notified using the contact information provided at entry. Organizations must award all advertised prizes and promptly notify winners.

The Platform may limit the number of tickets or entries per participant where required by law or raffle rules. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless a raffle’s posted rules state otherwise or applicable law requires a refund.

6. Payments, Taxes, and Receipts

Payments are processed by our payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. When required by law, we may request additional information to complete tax forms or prize fulfillment.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to manipulate, predict, or influence raffle outcomes.
• Use automated means to enter or purchase tickets.
• Violate any applicable law or the posted raffle rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, designs, and content, is owned by Elite Charitable Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Elite Raffles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
